Your room is ready from 3 p.m. at the latest. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception and park your car in the car parking space.
For late arrivals, a simple 24-hour check-in is possible using our key box.
Please contact us about this before you arrive.
We ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. Depending on the availability of the room, you may be able to use it for longer on your departure day. Please ask at reception on the day before departure.
For a relaxed stay we offer free parking in the underground garage and in the outdoor car park in front of our hotel.
- One child up to the age of 6 in one of the available beds without additional charge.
- Up to two children under 2 years old without additional charge for a baby bed.
- Additional beds for children up to the age of 14 cost €25, including breakfast.
- Additional beds for older children and adults cost €30, including breakfast.
- Every room can be equipped with one or two baby beds or additional beds on request - please give us notice upon booking!
We are happy to pamper you in the morning, in the breakfast room of our hotel in Innsbruck, with our breakfast buffet. Or you enjoy the first sun beams on our terrace. Regional specialities, homemade cakes, fruit salad exclusively made of fresh fruits allow for culinary delights in the morning in your city hotel in Innsbruck, Tyrol.
Our breakfast times are: Monday to Friday from 6.45 - 9 am, and Saturday and Sunday from 7 - 9.30 am.
Your hotel bill can be paid at the end of your stay either in cash, using a bank card, or with a Visa/MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express card. The hotel reserves the right to preauthorise your credit card before your arrival. A bank transfer is of course possible at any time.
As a family-run hotel in Innsbruck we are known for our hospitality, that also includes your pets. The rooms on the first two floors can be occupied with pets. The upper floors are pet-free, for people suffering from allergies. Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.
We charge € 25,00 per night per dog, for every further dog we charge € 5,00 per night. Please note that guests pay for a maximum of 2 nights for one dog, so that a maximum total of € 50,- is charged for one dog during the entire stay.
Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel. Therefore, smoking is not allowed throughout the hotel.
